The involved foundations

Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland

With the proceeds of the annual children's stamp campaign, this foundation annually supports hundreds of projects for and by children up to 18 years of age in the Netherlands and abroad. Kinderpostzegels Nederland believes that all children have a right to personal development and fulfilment. They are among the most vulnerable groups in society and sometimes need extra help and protection. With the support of Kinderpostzegels they are given the chance to grow into well-balanced adults.

Oranje Fonds

The Oranje Fonds is the largest national foundation focusing on social issues. They believe in a society whereby nobody feels excluded and everybody can participate, promoting societal involvement, facilitating socializing whereby people get a chance to meet each other or find their new place within society. Annually, they spend more than € 30 million on their social objective, in the Netherlands and in the Caribbean part of the Dutch Kingdom. The Oranje Fonds supports projects in the field of connecting people and social participation, such as small-scale neighborhood initiatives, mentoring projects for the young and language programs.

Fonds Sluyterman van Loo

The Sluyterman van Loo foundation - projects for the elderly promotes the wellbeing of elderly people in the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Dutch Kingdom. They apply the following core values:

Sense of purpose: why do I get up in the morning | looking back on life | finding meaning
Autonomy: keeping control | being able to make choices

Kansfonds

A society in which people care about each other, so that vulnerable people are not excluded, that is what Kansfonds stands for. The fund annually supports around 600 projects that contribute to this goal. Projects by committed persons who want to do something for the vulnerable in their environment.
