Oranje Fonds, Kansfonds and Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland support social initiatives on the islands. With this support we want to increase social involvement in the Caribbean part of the Ducth Kingdom. Connecting people with each other and helping them move forward.
We support projects from organizations on the islands that want to work for others. This concerns social projects aimed at the social well-being of people who are faced with the consequences of poverty, unequal opportunities in society, exclusion and discrimination, loneliness, lack of good living conditions in their neighborhood, or who need more care and attention to to participate in society.
The funds contribute financially to new projects or projects that want to grow, expand or deepen their approach. The funds only support organizations based on the islands in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, because we want to directly strengthen local organizations and people.
Local advice
The funds are assisted on each island by a local Advisory Board or a local advisor. They are the local counter for applicants. Applicants can go there for advice and guidance with their application.
