The Samenwerkende Fondsen Cariben (SFC) have intensified and expanded their activities in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. In the coming years, they want to increase and make the impact of the islands' activities more sustainable. That is why the Aruba Institute for Good Governance & Leadership (*GG&L) of the University of Aruba researched the urgent needs and the current developments in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
